Two Levels of Governance

- Lansdowne Woods Community Association (LWVA)
Oversees campus-wide operations including the Clubhouse, landscaping, gate access, fiscal management, and community amenities. - Condominium Associations
Each residential building manages its own operations—maintenance, staffing, board elections, and building-specific policies.
Onsite Management
A certified, on-site management team supports both LWVA and the six individual Condominium Building Associations. Staff include:

- Administrative and Facilities personnel
Professional partners provide accounting, gate attendants, janitorial support, pool staff, and waste removal.
